Thank you so much for your purchase of Sarah McCarthy Pottery ! I love creating one of a kind ceramics in my studio in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. I hope you use my pots often and that they help to create moments of pause and beauty around you.

I want you to be happy with your handmade pots and jewelry. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me. You may exchange the item, although you will have to pay shipping. I do not offer refunds. Please be aware that the jewelry is ceramic and if dropped on a hard surface, it will more that likely break. I cannot refund or exchange your purchase if an item breaks.

All items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment via usps.
You will receive a confirmation email once I send out your package.
I ship via USPS first class mail.
